Each row is a guest room. Press an empty square to book it, or a name to see the stay. Stays you have not confirmed yet are shown in a different color.
Emails you read before they go out
Confirmations, "we have no room" notes and thank-yous are written for you. You read them, change what you like and press Send. Nothing goes to a guest by itself.

Check who is coming while you are at the store, or book a room while a family is on the phone. It works on any phone, with nothing to download from an app store.
New house parents, no fuss
When house parents change, add the new ones by email. They get a link to choose their own password. Nobody has to pass a password along.

It has a tab bar like a phone app and can sit on the home screen. Scan a code in Settings to sign in on your phone.
Donations kept apart
Gifts go in their own log, with a list you can download for thank-you letters. Stays never show a price or an amount.
Big enough to read
Plain words and clear buttons. Anyone who wants larger text can switch to it for themselves.
